The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to online course purchases from Gerts Academy.
The prices of the courses offered by Gerts Academy are indicated next to enrollment button.
All prices are in Euros (€). VAT is not included nor will be added to the price as the owner copmany is not VAT liable.
Course information is provided on the sales page of the course on the website.
Placing an order
In order to enroll click the button "Sign up now". You will be redirected to a payement page by Stripe. The total cost is displayed on the screen and this can be paid securely by a credit card or Apple Pay. Fill in the required fields and click Pay. After a successful payment you will be emailed the access information of your course to the email address provided during checkout.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Stripe. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of Gerts Academy.
Money-back-guarantee
After a successful payment, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with Gerts Academy within 7 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person or in case more than 50% of the course has been completed by the purchaser.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, email your request within 7 days at info@gertsacademy.com describing why the course did not meet your expectations. After accepting the withdrawal request the purchaser will be refunded the paid amount in full within 14 days.
Gerts Academy has the right to withdraw from the sale, remove access to course if the purchase price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the course due to an error.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
Gerts Academy only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and delivering the service. Gerts Academy sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about Gerts Academy must be e-mailed to info@gertsacademy.com.
If the purchaser and Gerts Academy are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee in Estonia. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and online service providers. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
